Judge Lee’s broad range of experience, both on and off the bench, provides him with the background needed to assist clients who are involved in alternative dispute resolution. Early in his career, Judge Lee was a prosecutor and private practitioner. He spent a total of 22 years on the bench, with Family Court and the Superior Court of Delaware. While serving on Superior Court, he presided over a number of high profile civil and criminal trials, including State v. Thomas Capano, a highly publicized murder trial. After retiring from Superior Court, Judge Lee’s career took a different turn with a run as the Republican candidate for Governor in 2004.
Currently, Judge Lee is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Beebe Medical Center in addition to focusing his practice on mediation. As Senior Counsel at Bifferato, he continues to use the invaluable perspectives gained during his varied career to provide his clients with the advice and guidance they need for successful alternative dispute resolution.
